We are pleased to maintain a strong partnership with industry-leader Elite Myotherapy. Elite Myotherapy has a private treatment room within our studio, and our physiotherapists and Pilates instructors work together with Elite’s myotherapists as a team to ensure the best treatment outcomes for you.

Myotherapy (muscular therapy) is concerned with the assessment of muscle injury and dysfunction; it utilizes the application of various techniques (deep tissue massage, stretching etc) to treat pain. The aims of Myotherapy treatment are to restore or maintain normal muscular integrity, strength, flexibility, and decrease pain.

Samantha Rigby and Elite Myotherapy have a unique approach to their treatment philosophy that has seen them become the trusted therapists to elite athletes such as members of the Essendon Football Club, Melbourne Storm, the Australian Ballet, the Australian Sprint Kayak team, the Sydney and Athens Olympic teams, the Melbourne Commonwealth Games teams, the International Women’s Tennis Tour, and Australian Open Tennis.
