Background: Diana completed her intensive training with and was certified by Romama Krysanowska, master instructor and protege of Joseph Pilates. Diana also studied with Cynthia Lochard in Sydney and trained internationally with Bob Liekens, master instructor of Classical Pilates and founder of Power Pilates ( USA) as well as KarineCid, Teacher Trainer, Power Pilates.

Upon invitation Diana travelled to Africa to assist Baron Baptiste, the creator of Baptiste Power Yoga in the operation of a training boot camp

Diana has a teaching history that spans 10 years and includes the training of international sporting teams and athletes as well asinjury rehabilitation and general strength and fitness training.

Hobbies: Riding my new bike, tennis, yoga, scuba diving, snowbooarding and fitness training

Background:  Sonya discovered Pilates for rehabilitation when living in Queensland 15 years ago for a swimming related injury.  Six years ago when she relocated to Melbourne, she again returned to Pilates for a rowing injury and continued with both Allegro and Studio sessions.  After a long career in finance she had a career break and returned to university to study a Health Science Degree majoring in nutrition and exercise science for personal interest.  During this time to complement her studies she undertook the APMA Pilates course to become a qualified pilates instructor.

Interests:  Sonya has been a competitive swimmer and rower, and has recently discovered the joys of cross country skiing.

Expertise:  Sonya is a qualified swimming teacher and teaches both adults and children.  In Pilates she has expertise in the foam roller and an interest in rehabilitation and improving functional physical wellbeing to enable people to participate and enjoy all aspects of their active life.
