Vicki Hatfield – Practice Manager- Pilates Instructor Background: As a myotherapist, gymnast, and keen sportswoman, Vicki has worked for several years developing her hands-on musculo-skeletal treatment skills with Elite Myotherapy. Vicki now brings these skills to her Pilates teaching with specific interest in helping her clients overcome postural related injuries through a combination of Pilates and Myotherapy. Vicki works from the Richmond studio treating clients on Friday mornings. |

Tanya Cates – Pilates Instructor Background: Tanya has been an educator and fitness instructor for 14 years. She has taught Pilates since 2004, and has been a lecturer in Anatomy and Functional Anatomy since 2000. Utilizing her extensive training and practical experience in the education, fitness, rehabilitation, and Pilates fields, Tanya adapts her knowledge to train individuals of all ages and levels of health & fitness. |

Jade O’Hare – Pilates Instructor APMA Certified Pilates Teacher Background: 15 years in dance, specializing in ballet, including training at the English National Ballet and the Victorian College of the Arts. 5 years Pilates teaching experience; 12 years Pilates participant. Jade has special expertise in training dancers and integrating ballet specific movements and repertoire into her teaching. |

Tom Scown – Pilates Instructor B. Exercise Science, Victoria University Background: Tom has over 10 years experience in the fitness field. In addition to his Pilates qualifications, Tom has a degree in Exercise Science and is a welcome team member in Prahran from the previous teaching team there. |

Zac Jones – Pilates Instructor APMA Certified Pilates Teacher Background: Zac has been a valued member of the Balance & Control team since April 2007. Zac graduated from the Australian Ballet School in 1996 and has been actively involved in the dance community ever since. He danced professionally with Queensland Ballet for 2 years and then Complexions Contemporary Dance Company in Queensland for 2 years. In 2009 and 2010 Zac returned to the Australian Ballet School in a teaching role in strength and conditioning. Zac trained in Pilates under the Australian Pilates Method Association (APMA) in 2006, and also holds a black belt in Aikido. Zac has a strong interest in movement imagery to help his clients facilitate a deeper understanding of the body in movement and brings a wealth of knowledge to his classes for his clients. |
