Background: Eighteen years physiotherapy experience; ten years Pilates teaching experience (including 3 years in the UK); extensive experience training Pilates teachers; trained physiotherapists in the use of Pilates for rehabilitation in Australasia, South America, and Europe; eight years experience in real-time ultrasound assessment. Megan teaches and offers physiotherapy services at our Richmond studio.
Interests: Lumbopelvic rehabilitation, developing and running rehabilitation workshops.

Background: As a myotherapist, gymnast, and keen sportswoman, Vicki has worked for several years developing her hands-on musculo-skeletal treatment skills with Elite Myotherapy.  Vicki now brings these skills to her Pilates teaching with specific interest in helping her clients overcome postural related injuries through a combination of Pilates and Myotherapy.  Vicki works from the Richmond studio treating clients on Friday mornings.
Interests: Hiking, snow skiing, and wakeboarding.

Background: 25 plus years experience in Classical Dance teaching and examining, in Southern Federation of Dance Syllabi. Currently teaching classical dance and jazz to children and adults. 12 years experience in the Pilates administration field. 10 Years business owner, Dance School. Julie is a keen Pilates participant, in both Mat, Allegro and Studio classes.
Interests: Reading, Zumba, walking, theatre, and family
